Hello Friends, Welcome to Food Story and today we will make Fish Pakoda that will be made without deep frying We have taken Fish(Pomfret) – 300 gms, Eggs-2 Salt Coriander Powder Turmeric Powder Red chili powder, Garam Masala powder Rice flour, finely chopped coriander leaves and ginger, garlic and chili paste. We will take all fish pieces in a bowl Add ginger, garlic and chili paste around 4 tbsp This will enhance the flavor of the fish pakodas Add salt – to taste coriander powder – 1 tsp 1 tsp turmeric powder red chili powder- 1 tsp, adjust this as per your liking. 1 tsp garam masala powder We have added all spices. Now adding rice flour – around 2 tbsp Rice flour will give crisp to the pakodas Then adding eggs Eggs will help binding all spices together We have added both the eggs. No need to add water. Adding chopped coriander leaves Now mix all the ingredients well. Mix gently The mixture is a little thin, so adding some more rice flour. If you want pakodas to be more crispy, then don’t add too much rice flour otherwise they will become soggy. Mix well Mixture is ready now. Take a pan on gas and add little bit of oil for shallow frying We will keep the flame to low. Oil is hot now. Now lets add fish pieces to the pan You can use butter or desi ghee for frying. We have added all pieces to the pan. Make sure that the flame is low. Now cover the pan for 2-3 minutes. Fish gets cooked in very less time so covering the pan for 2-3 minutes. Fish gets cooked in steam itself. After 2-3 minutes, flip the pakodas. See that all pakodas are flipped now. Now lets cover the pan again for 2-3 minutes. The pakodas have got very nice texture. Checking again after 2-3 minutes. Flip them over again All pakodas are flipped now. They have got very nice texture and looks mouth watering. Pakodas are ready now. Serve the pakodas in a plate. Delicious fish pakodas are now ready to be eaten.
