Hello Friends,welcome to Neetha’s Tasteland . I am Neetha Rajeev,Let’s make simple Egg Fried Rice today. Take 2 cup of Basmati rice and wash the rice for 3 times and soak it for half an hour. Drain the rice for 2 minutes after soaking. Boil 4 cups of water in a pan Add salt to the boiling water. Add some sunflower oil to the water, other wise our rice will stick together. Add rice to the boiling water. Stir well after adding the rice. Keep the flame high. Our rice is boiling well now, Keep the flame low. Cook the rice until the water evaporate. In this method our rice will not get over cook. Our rice is ready now, Turn off the flame and transfer cooked rice in to a large plate and allow the rice to cool. Turn the rice to the other side after 3 minutes. After cooling the rice transfer it in to a bowl and keep the rice in refrigerator. Let’s see the ingredients, You can add any vegetables to the fried rice. Cut vegetables in to small pieces. Let’s start cooking. Our pan is heated up now, Add sunflower oil to the hot pan, If our oil is heated up keep the flame low. Add eggs to the oil, Scramble the eggs, Keep the flame high while scrambling. Add salt , add pepper powder according to your taste. Add carrot pieces, add onion, add capsicum. Mix it well. Keep the flame high, Saute the vegetables for 2 minutes in high flame. Add soy sauce, Add cooked rice. Mix it well. I am adding some salt here. Mix the salt with rice. Turn off the flame and serve. All of you try this recipe.
