タピオカチョコクリームどら焼き Tapioca chocolate cream Dorayaki【スタッフ募集】
Hello everyone, cacao 〜∴∵ゞ(´ω`*)♪ Today we’ll be making a tapioca cream dorayaki that is inspired by convenience stores desserts. At the end of this video there will be staff hiring info, so please watch until the end m(_ _)m. First off, we will start from the dorayaki pastry. Set the powder ingredients aside and mix the liquid ingredients and sugar together. Blend the egg white well. Let the dough sleep in the refrigerator for around one hour. Cooldown the pan with a wet towel, cook it under low heat. Once the bubbles form, flip it to the other side. Let the heat cool down, and wrap it once it is done. For the size of approximately 8cm, we could make around 18 pieces. We will be using raw black tapioca this time. Once the water has boiled, add in the tapioca and boil for 3 minutes in high heat. Cook under medium heat while stirring for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and steam for 30 minutes. Taste test and check on the hardness, place it over cold water. Chop the chocolate and melt it with the cream. Cool it down a little, then add heavy cream and sugar together to whip. First, whip until almost soft peaks form. Add milk or milk into powdered gelatin, warm it in the microwave beforehand so it will melt it. I used a mousse frame to set the shape of the cream. Tapioca was put separately because it may be clogged in the tip of the piping bag. Put in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or more to solidify. It would look like this (^w^) Hmm,,,

I could enjoy the texture of the tapioca with this cream. The dorayaki pancake is really delicious as well. Oh man, the cocoa has been added onto me. The additional cocoa powder has a minimal effect, but overall there is a taste of chocolate and it is delicious. Wow, this is actually quite heavy… This time the material is a little bit more fresh. The massive amount of cream and the additional texture of the tapioca creates a fun and delicious dessert.
