糯米蛋 Glutinous Rice Egg


Glutinous Rice Egg 6 salted eggs glutinous rice 100g 1 Chinese sausage,
2 dried mushroom,
dried shrimps 10g wash the glutinous rice & soak for 3 hrs the dried mushroom & dried shrimps soak to soft drain the glutinous rice chop the dried mushroom & dried shrimps chop the Chinese sausage add 1/4 tsp salt to the glutinous rice,dried mushroom & dried shrimps sugar 1 tsp a bit of white pepper soy sauce 1/4 tsp dark soy sauce 1/2 tsp ginger juice moderate amount a bit of cooking oil, mix well add the Chinese sausage the salted egg cut a small hole pour out the egg white & leave the yolk inside the egg white may preserve to cook other food use teaspoon to fill the stuffing into the eggs upside the open end steam for 40 mins over medium low heat after water boiled

    為什麼不直接把蛋黃放糯米飯蒸?放在蛋殻蒸是否畫蛇潻足或味道全不一様?請賜教。

    裝在蛋殼內,蒸熟
    米飯無處跑,會比較
    有彈性更好吃
