[저탄수 요리] 밀가루 없는, 쉬림프 애호박 파스타 만들어 먹는 하루.

Zucchini changed into a noodles ♪ It’s time to cut the garlic Slice it thinly. Then, prepare some sundried tomatoes. Cut it into 2-3 pieces. You don’t have to cut. You can do whatever you want. Preheat the cooking pan over low heat, then add garlic. Fry shrimp on one side.
(Be careful not to overcook.) Move the fried shrimp on a plate. Put zucchini noodles, Italian peppers, and oil
in the cooking pan where garlic is frying 🙂 Salt salt salt ♪ Pepper pepper pepper ♪ Basil powderrrr ♪ Mix it up and then, Add the sundried tomatoes and stir-fry! It was so bland that I added more salt! I’m done! Let’s eat now ♪ Roll it Roll it ♪ Eat shrimp ♪ I don’t eat the tail… Eat a lot of carbohydrates a week or during diet, This is good for low-carbohydrate meals. How about shrimp zuddles today?
