LASZLO SZALAI: Good evening and welcome to
Expert Village. I am Laszlo Szalai, the chef of Citadella Restaurant. Our restaurant is
situated in Budapest, Hungary. Let’s fry the steak. We heat up the oil well and now we
season the steak with some Mexican curry powder. And now we place the steak into the frying
pan. It’s important that we shouldn’t cut or singe the meat with anything because then
those meat fluids that make the steak ready to consume will evaporate, so we use thongs
to turn it upside down. It is the English way of making it, a little bloody.
