SO WE’RE FOCUSING ON DIFFERENT CUISINES, ALL OVER THE WORLD. SO I THINK THIS MONTH WE’RE DOING TOPICS. AND NEXT MONTH WILL BE FEBRUARY, SO THAT’S HEART MONTH, WE HAVE A LOT OF HEART RELATED CLASSICS, ITALY, THE MEDITERRANEAN DIET. ALL CLASSES ARE FREE TO THE COMMUNITY. MOST ALL OF THEM ARE GOING TO BE FREE OF CHARGE. THAT’S A REALLY GOOD THING. WE HAVE A WALKING CLASS, NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTION, WE’RE TRYING TO EAT BETTER. A WALKING CHALLENGE, PICK UP A PASS FOR IT, AND WE KIND OF KEEP TRACK AND EVERYONE IS SORT OF THE HONOR SYSTEM. YOU KEEP TRACK OF HOW MUCH YOU’RE WALKING AND YOU WALK THROUGH THE COUNTRIES WITHIN THOSE EIGHT WEEKS AND THERE’S PRIZES AT EVERY OTHER CURRICULUM. YOU’RE BASICALLY WALKING ACROSS THE MAP.
