Prawn Biryani Recipe For 2kg Biryani Add 1 Cup Cooking Oil 2 kg prawn and fry for 2 to 3 minutes After 3 minutes of frying Prawn Half cup cooking Oil and Add Onion Half Kg chop Fry 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown After 12 to 13 minutes Add 3 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste Add Tomato half kg Cook for 3 minutes Taijpath leaves/ Bay leaves 1 , cinnamon steak 1 , black cardamom 2, green cardamom 4 to 5 and Black pepper 4 to 6 Mix it very well for 2 to 3 minutes Javitri 2 , cinnamon steak 3 to 4 , taijpat/ Bay leaves 2 , black pepper 18 to 20 , cumin seeds 2 Table Spoon, long 8 , green cardamom 8 to 10 black cardamom 8 , star anise 2 , Turmeric Powder 1 table spoon, red chilli powder 2 Table Spoon salt 1 table spoon Coriander 1 table spoon then blend all spices together Add blend spices and mix it very well for 5 minutes Dried Plum 4 to 5 Yougurt 250 gram During prawn fry we saved water which is released from prawn we use here Add fried prawn and cook for 5 minutes Now our gravy is Ready for Biryani rice 2kg basmati rice which is soak in water Water 6 jug and waiting till boiling temperature In Boiled water Add 1 table cumin seeds mint leaves, green chilli and salt Add vinegar 2 Table Spoon Add soaked rice 2 kg Follow the same procedure Mint , coriander leaves, green chilli and tomatoes Add food colour Add Cooking Oil Cook on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes

    nice but the prawns/shrimps should've been deveined first. meaning, cleaned the inards(aanthadhiyan) removed and washed.
