Easy Chicken Pulao Recipe || Murgi Pulao Recipe || Chicken Pulao in Pressure Cooker

Ingredients for marination Chicken Ginger garlic paste (1 tbsp) Curd (2 tbsp) Marination the chicken with all ingredients for 30mins Ingredients for pulao Soaked Gobindo Bhog Rice for 30mins 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste Chopped tomato and green chilli Turmeric powder Cumin powder Garam masala Cumin seeds and whole garam masala Chopped onion Refined oil Heat 1 tbsp of oil Add cumin seeds and whole garam masala Fry them Add chopped onion Fry them until golden brown Add ginger garlic paste Fry it for few minutes Add chopped tomato and green chilli Mix well Add little bit of salt Mix well Add marinated chicken Mix the chicken with all ingredients Add turmeric powder (1/2 tbsp) Add cumin powder (1 tbsp) Add 1tbsp of garam masala Mix well Cover it for 5mins Open the lid Add soaked gobindo bhog rice Mix the rice with all ingredients Add 1.5 cup of water for 1 cup of rice Mix well Add salt Cover the pressure cooker and wait for 2 whistle Ready to serve
