EGGLESS TUTTI FRUTTI CAKE IN PRESSURE COOKER HELLO FRIENDS, WELCOME TO MY CHANNEL “KAJAL KI RASOI” TODAY WE WILL MAKE EGGLESS TUTTI FRUTTI CAKE WHICH IS LIKED BY CHILDREN A LOT PLEASE LIKE, SHARE AND SUBSCRIBE MY CHANNEL LET’S SEE WHAT ALL INGREDIENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR MAKING EGGLESS TUTTI FRUTTI CAKE 1 CUP MAIDA(ALL PURPOSE FLOUR),3/4 CUP CURD AMUL BUTTER- 1/2 CUP, POWDERED SUGAR -3/4 CUP MILK -1/2 CUP CONDENSED MILK -1/2 CUP TUTTI FRUTTI- 1/2 CUP RAISINS- 1 TBSP(OPTIONAL) BAKING POWDER-1TSP ,BAKING SODA-1/2 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE-1TSP SALT (1 PINCH) MAIDA -1TSP (FOR COATING TUTTI FRUTTI) SIEVE MAIDA (ALL PURPOSE FLOUR) TWO TIMES IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL TAKE( 3/4 CUP ) CURD AND (3/4 CUP) SUGAR AND MIX WELL WITH THE HELP OF WHISK ADD BAKING POWDER (1TSP), BAKING SODA(1/2TSP) AND SALT(1PINCH) COVER AND KEEP IT ASIDE FOR 5 MINUTES TAKE TUTTI FRUTTI IN A BOWL AND ADD 1TSP MAIDA(ALL PURPOSE FLOUR) TO COAT IT COATING WILL PREVENT SINKING OF TUTTI FRUTTI AT THE BOTTOM WHILE BAKING THE CAKE REMOVE EXTRA MAIDA FROM THE COATED TUTTI FRUTTI TAKE A PRESSURE COOKER AND ADD SALT ON THE BASE AND PREHEAT IT ON MEDIUM FLAME FOR 5-7 MINUTES PLACE A STAND IN THE PRESSURE COOKER COVER IT AND PREHEAT THE COOKER FOR 5-7 MINUTES TAKE A CAKE TIN & GREASE IT WITH OIL AND SPRINKLE ALL PURPOSE FLOUR (MAIDA) BUBBLES CAN BE SEEN IN THE CURD ADD ALL PURPOSE FLOUR (MAIDA) SLOWLY MIX WELL BEAT THE BATTER IN ONE DIRECTION CONTINUOUSLY ADD BUTER (1/2 CUP) AND BEAT IT FOR 3-4 MINUTES ADD CONDENSED MILK (1/2 CUP) & BEAT IT FOR 2 MINUTES BATTER IS THICK. ADD 2 TSP OF MILK & MIX OUR BATTER IS READY NOW. WE HAVE ADDED 3 TSP OF MILK IN IT ADD TUTTI FRUTTI & RAISINS AND MIX. ADD 1 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE AND MIX POUR THE BATTER IN THE CAKE TIN AND TAP IT TO RELEASE AIR BUBBLES SPRINKLE TUTTI FRUTTI ON THE CAKE BATTER KEEP THE CAKE TIN IN PRESSURE COOKER AND BAKE IT FOR 40-45 MINUTES ON LOW FLAME CHECK THE CAKE AFTER 35 MINUTES WHETHER IT IS COOKED OR NOT. AFTER 45 MINUTES, TURN OFF THE FLAME OUR DELICIOUS TUTTI FRUTTI CAKE IS NOW READY.
