Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes

thank you so much for coming back and
joining me for this week’s for me on a budget it is this a beautiful and easy
garlic parmesan chicken and potatoes made in a crock pot so if you’d like to
see what you need and how you make it then please keep on watching ice upload
a video every single day of the week it’s has to do with lifestyle budget so
like it could be recipes under five dollars it could be a skincare makeup
hair all that kind of stuff so make sure that you subscribe to my channel hit
that notification valve bookmark my page I also do a live stream every single
Sunday night at 9:30 p.m. Eastern Time here on YouTube so yeah let’s going to
get started with this easy and delicious recipe okay so what you’re gonna need
for your garlic parmesan chicken and potatoes is two pounds of boneless
chicken I’m using chicken thighs you’re going to need a pound of potatoes
you’re gonna need 3/4 cup of chicken broth you’re gonna need a half a cup of
grated Parmesan cheese a whole cup of shredded Parmesan cheese two cloves of
garlic tablespoon of garlic powder and a tablespoon of Italian seasoning so I am
using a frozen chicken thighs but you can use whatever you is like I’m gonna
go ahead and just get served with my potatoes I’m using russet and if they
are already washed I think I’m going to become these in two eights okay so no that way potatoes are done
and already in the crock-pot I’m gonna go in and get my two cloves of garlic
done you can get em pretty pretty cheap garlic I got this a huge huge big thing
of it for 33 cents so you so I’m gonna go I’m gonna go ahead and get my chicken
fret so this is still partially frozen which
I’m okay with is to be easier to kind of cut heart and all that okay so any
excess skin I’m going to be removing that’s how I like to prep mine okay so now that my chicken and potatoes
are in there I’m gonna go ahead and add my chicken broth I did get lower sodium
chicken broth and then I’m going to add some salt and pepper I’m going to be adding a half a
container of this Parmesan or Romano cheese it calls for half a cup this has
8 ounces so just going to go ahead and I know it seems like a lot but ok also
going to do a tablespoon of Italian seasoning and a tablespoon of garlic powder so I
just this was a dollar at my local Kroger so if you like less garlic more
garlic I mean you can do it totally like adjust it preference so make sure you
get garlic powder not garlic salt no way it’s not too salty now we’re just gonna
go ahead and we’re gonna just get this mixed so I do have mine on low you can
cook on low for five to six hours or you can do it on high for 2 to 3 I’ll be touching base and showing you
guys what this is looking like because the last 30 minutes of cooking that’s
when we add the shredded Parmesan cheese but okay there we go let this baby cook
okay so this is what’s looking like it’s been about two and a half hours I’m
gonna pop the lid back on and let this finish cooking I did turn it up to high
don’t think my potatoes are close to being done so there we go okay so this
is what it’s looking like so I’m gonna be adding my cup of parmesan right on
top and this is gonna cook for a little bit longer and it’s looking good okay so
here is the finished chicken and potatoes with the parmesan melted on top
I’m gonna start dishing up and we’ll come back and see how this looks all put
together okay so I am serving it with a side of Brussels sprouts and some
croissants but it smells so good okay so here’s the finished garlic
parmesan chicken and potatoes really easy recipe you just pretty much combine
everything except for the shredded Parmesan cheese throw it in the
crock-pot and it turned looks like it’s beautiful I can’t wait to taste this but
anyway I hope you enjoyed this week’s gourmet on a budget if you did please go

I love garlic and I love cheese yum! You need a pairing knife for your potatoes and chicken, it would be much easier to cut.
