    My family loves my crockpot chili recipe, but I am going to try this next. Looks sooooooooooo yyyuuuummmmyyy. If we wanted to substitute the millet flour for regular all purpose flour would the ratio be the same?

    I always make vegan chilli…I just like it better. I am excited to try it with lentils; I normally use black bean, kidney beans, and pinto beans. The other ingredients are the same as I use though. ๐Ÿค— I like to serve it over quinoa sometimes.

    Another secret ingredient I use for Chili with meat: Add some good quality cocoa or dark chocolate at the end. It gives the Chili some kind of creaminess and just makes it extra delicious.
    Never used it in a Veggie Chili though, so not sure how it will work in this recipe.
    I know it sounds weird, but it's worth a try!

    Thank you so much for this recipe. I love meatless meals. This looks and sounds healthy and I can make it ahead. Just my front my own choice and my own habits, I never ever use canned broth. I would rather use water. There's so many ingredients in there and fresh veggies that you have lots of flavor.
