How to make Chocolate Cake in pressure cooker without oven | Eggless cake
Hello, Welcome to Neeta in Kitchen.com. Today we are going to prepare Chocolate Cake. Chocolate cake tastes very yummy You can make Chocolate Cake for birthday party, anniversary party or if you want to surprise your love ones. Let’s see the ingredients we need to prepare Chocolate Cake We need ¾ Cup of refined white wheat Flour (Maida), ¼ Cup of Semolina (Rava / Suji), ½ Cup of Powdered Sugar, ½ Cup of Cream, ½ Cup of Milk Powder, ½ Cup of Milk, ½ Teaspoon of Baking Powder, ¼ teaspoon of Baking Soda, 3 teaspoon coco powder. First of all we will take a deep and large bowl. Now we will add powdered sugar and cream to it. Beat it for 1 minute with electric beater. If you don’t have electric beater, use hand or hand beater to beat it. After beating it for 1 minute, we will add milk powder, semolina, refined white wheat Flour , milk and beat it for 3 minutes. After beating it for 3 minutes, we will add Coco powder, baking powder, baking soda. We will mix it and then beat it for 2 – 4 minutes or until ribbons is formed. We have beaten our batter. Now we will take a cake mould and grease it with clarified butter (ghee) Here we are using a homemade clarified butter, if you want to prepare it home then watch my video. After greasing the mould we will dust a thin layer of fine flour evenly to cover the greased surface of mould. Greasing and dusting will help our cake to emerge easily from the mould. Remove the extra flour in a bowl Now we will pour the beaten batter in it. You can observe the ribbon formation while pouring it. Spread the batter evenly in the mould. Switch on the burner and put a pressure cooker on it. Pour salt or sand in the cooker & form ½ inch layer of it. You can use the salt or sand multiple times by storing it in a air tight container after cooling & use it whenever required. Now put a cake stand on salt / sand base to give some height to our cake mould. Now put the cake mould on stand. Cover the cooker with its lead and remove the whistle. Bake it on high flame for 5 minutes and then on low flame for 25 minutes. Put off the burner and give 10 minutes standing time. Please check out the cake via inserting tip of the knife into the cake. If knife comes clean, the cake is ready. If the cake sticks to the tip of the knife, then bake it again for some more time. Take out the cake from the cake mold, once it is cooled.
