Carrot – 1 Snake Gourd – 1 Potato – 1 Raw Banana – 1 Board Beans – 15 Yogurt – 2 tbsp Take yogurt according to the sourness Cut vegetables into medium thick long slices. Grated coconut – 2 cup / 10 tbsp Curry leaves Small Onion – 10 Green chili – 4 (Take according to your spice level) Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp And also we need turmeric powder, salt and coconut oil In a heavy bottom pan heat 3 tbsp coconut oil Oil is hot now so we can add all veggies. Saute veggies for 2 min on medium flame Now add 1/2 tsp tumeric powder and salt. Mix well Close the pan, lower the flame and cook for 10 min . Stir occasionally. Mean while crush cumin seeds, green chilis, curry leaves and shallot onion together Stir veggies Add yogurt according to the sourness Mix well and cook Add 1/4 tsp tumeric powder and salt into grated coconut Mix the crushed ingredients and grated coconut with your hand Add coconut mix into the pan Slowly mix the coconut and veggies. Close the pan and cook for 2 mins on low flame Add curry leaves and sprinkle coconut oil and mix and turn off the burner.
