Masala Fish Fry Recipe

Sprinkle salt all over the fish and spread all over with hands. Let it rest for 5 minutes and then wash it. In a bowl, add lemon juice ( 1/2 cup) Ginger garlic paste ( 2 tbsp) Salt ( 1 tbsp) Red chili flakes ( 2 tbsp) Red chili powder ( 1 tbsp) Coriander powder ( 1 tbsp) Garam Masala Powder ( 1 tsp) Turmeric powder ( 1/2 tsp) Caraway ( 1/2 tsp) Caraway is a must -add ingredient Mix it Spread masala all over the fish Cover with Cling film let it marinate for 1 day You can even marinate for 2-3 days. For fish, now prepare the tamarind chutney Chopped coriander ( 1/2 bowl) Chopped Mint ( 1/2 bowl) Green chilies ( 4-6) Salt ( 1 tbsp) Red chili flakes ( 1 tbsp) Roasted n’ Crushed Cumin ( 1 tbsp) We will add tamarind pulp into chopper Transfer tamarind chutney in to a bowl Now we will deep fry fish Flame should be medium Fry until light golden brown After the fish fried well. Take them out in a dish. Add oil ( 1-2 tbsp) from the oil you fried fish Add remaining masala of fish in it Fry for 3-4 mins Add water (4-5 tbsp ) Cook for 4-5 mins Switch off the flame and put it in a bowl Delicious masala gravy,chutney & fish is ready
