Quick Simple Fish Gravy This Fish Gravy is so simple and taken by all especially Diabetic and those who want to reduce Weight Here I have taken Sardine Fish / Mathi fish. This contains Omega 3 Fatty acids. Excellent source of B12 . Contains Calcium, Minerals and Proteins. Very healthy and have many healthy benefits Sardine /Mathi Fish 1/2 kg (any Fish), Jeera 1 Tsp, Pepper 1 Tsp, 7-8 Garlic pods, Green Chilli 2, inch of Ginger, Coriander Leaves, Curry leaves, 1 Big Onion, 2 Tomatoes, Fenugreek 1/2 Tsp Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Coriander powder, Salt Take a Mixie Jar and add all the Ingredients and Grind to a paste Coconut can be added to enhance the taste if you are a Normal person. As this Gravy is for those who want to reduce Coconut is not added Take Gooseberry sized Tamarind and extract Juice and keep aside. Grind the above ingredients to a paste Heat Oil in a Pan, Add Jeera and let it splutter. Add the ground paste and stir fry for sometime Add Tamarind Extract and mix well. Let it boil for10 minutes to take away the raw smell. Add Water if necessary Add Fish and cook only for 3 minutes and remove from stove. Check Salt Quick Fish Kulambu is ready.
