in 500g mutton add salt , 1ts ginger garlic paste , 1/2 ts caraway seeds , 1 cinnamon stick , 2 green cardamom … mix well and pressure cook wash and soak 500g biryani rice. in 125ml oil fry 200g onion ( 2 medium sized ) till golden brown and keep aside … then crushed the fried onion we will used them later …. in same oil add 2ts ginger garlic paste , 1-2 pinches turmeric powder and 1ts red chilli powder … cook on low flame… since I have not completely boiled the mutton I am adding on this stage … if your mutton is boiled enough then add after we cook curd….

    Hi di aapka recepies bohut ache lagthe hain, appka bolnka tareekha bohut simple hain. Do muje ek question hain aaj kaal mein be suna ki dahi cook nehi karna dahi cook karne se poison ban jata hain bolke kya WO sach hain
