No pre-marinating Simple Instant Pot Chicken Recipe – Instant Pot Chicken Drumsticks w/ Korean sauce
Hi! I’m Angela and this is Instant Pot Life. Today, we’ll be making easy Korean soy sauce chicken drumsticks. Today I’m using bulgogi sauce but you can also use the kalbi sauce. I’m using 2 pounds of chicken and the great thing about this recipe is that you don’t need to pre-marinate your chicken. You just set it and forget it in your instant pot. It’s great! Place 2 pounds of chicken into the instant pot. Add 2 cups of the sauce. That’s all! Close the lid. Select manual for 12 minutes. It’s seriously that easy! Now what to do with all that leftover cooked sauce? I use it to stirfry noodles or put into fried rice.
