Pour 1 tbsp oil to the flour and mix well Make a well in the center Add 1/4 cup (or 2 tbsp) curd 1/4 cup milk 2 tsp sugar 3/4 tsp salt 3/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp or two pinches of baking soda Cover the well with flour and leave it for a minute Now add 1/4 cup of water and mix well Form a smooth dough Cover the dough with a wet cloth and keep aside for two hours Knead it again Make 4-5 lemon sized balls Press them with a rolling pin to make patties Sprinkle with chopped garlic and coriander Flatten them using a rolling pin Pull one end to make them into teardrop shape Heat a pressure cooker on the stove without its lid When the cooker is hot, take a naan and apply some water on its back Stick it inside the cooker Reduce the flame Turn the cooker upside down and place on top of the flame The naans will easily come off when they are well cooked Brush some butter on the naans The naans are now ready to eat Serve it with butter chicken or mushroom masala
