Sarson ka saag-simple and traditional sarson ka saag-pressure cooker saag

Hello freinds today we r making mustard green leaves vegetable ingredients r 100 g bathau saag, 100 g mustard leaves, 100 g spinach, 1/4 tsp asfoetida /hing, u can skip bathau leaves too. 8-10 garlic cloves,1 inch ginger,1 onion,1 tomato, Salt to taste, turmeric 1/4 tsp, red pepper 1/4 tsp, all spice powder 1/4 tsp, 1 cup water, U can cook without water too in pressure cooker, green leaves leave its own water, Maize or corn flour 2 tsp, I cuted 2 onions n 2 tomatoes but we use 1 onion n 1 tomato, Oil 2-3 tbsp, In pressure cooker add mustard leaves,bathau saag ,spinach,1 cup water n 1 tsp salt. Cover it Cook for 4-5 whistles on medium gas In another wok add oil, Add ginger n garlic Add asfoetida, Its golden brown add onion Fry 1 onion golden brown, Its second whistle Its fried add 1 tomato Cover it Cover it Its fifth whistle Switch off gas let it cool down Its cool now open lid Strain it Blend it Add boiling green leaves water Blend Add blended puree Add turmeric,red pepper,all spice powder,green chilli n maize/corn flour.
