Simple and tasty Chicken Biryani|without rice cooker|Just in 3steps
Hello, Viewers welcome to cook tuber. Today I am showing a simple chicken Biryani very easy to prepare without a cooker and big process. The process will be in 3 steps. Here I cleaned chicken and adding,1 sliced onion,2 sliced tomatoes, 2tp ginger garlic paste,1/2 cup coriander,1tp garam masala,1tpchicken masala,1tp biryani masala,1tp coriander powder, 150grms of curd,1 tsp chilli powder,1 tsp turmeric powder and half lemon juice and mix them well. Marinate for min 15min, if you have time marinate for more then 1 hr to get a maximum taste. Take some water and add dry masalas and 1/4 tp of oil,wait till water gets a boil and then add basmati rice which is rinsed and soak for 15min. Rice should be cooked on high flame and cook till 70-80%, that means when you break the rice it should get a break so easily, then turn off flame and take it into a plate Now take a pan and add 3 to 4 tp os oil once it get hot add some dry masalas as showed Now add the chicken to it and cook for 15min or chicken gets fully cooked, stir in between so that it does not stick to pan Once chicken cooked well add the rice layer as shown. Remember it should be cooked 2 min on high flame and 8 min on low flame exactly and your biryani will be ready I don’t want to add any chemical food color so am mixing milk with turmeric and adding on one part of biryani for color I hope you liked my video please subscribe to my channel and hit the notification bell its completely free.
