The Most Amazing Chocolate Cake in हिन्दी using a Pressure Cooker From Scratch


Hi Friends, Welcome to my channel TrendyRasoi Today we will be seeing how to make an Amazing Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Ganache That too very easily using a Pressure Cooker The List of Ingredients with Measurements can be found in the Description Box Measuring tip : 1/4 cup=4 tablespoon , So we have taken 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp=6 tbsp of cocoa powder I have used unsweetened cocoa powder. You can use the available ones I have used Canola Oil. You can even replace Vegetable Oil with same amount of Unsalted Butter Melted The List of Ingredients with Measurements can be found in the Description Box Now let’s get the Pressure Cooker ready Spread some Salt in an aluminum Cooker Place a ring like stand or any container upside down So that your Cake tin doesn’t touch the cooker directly Remove the rubber ring (Gasket) from the lid, or else they may get damaged And remove the whistle without fail and let it preheat for 5 min on medium flame In a large bowl sift all the dry ingredients : Maida / All Purpose Flour, Powdered Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Baking Soda, Salt, Baking Powder You can even add 2 teaspoons of instant coffee powder now, it will enhance the flavor of Chocolate However I don’t have instant coffee powder now, so I’m skipping that Now evenly mix all the dry ingredients Add all the wet ingredients now : Room temperature Egg, Vegetable oil, Milk, Vanilla Essence If you add hot water now, it may boil the eggs. So first mix this well Now the batter is well mixed, so let’s add the hot water slowly Adding hot water makes Cake Soft The batter will be quite watery, but don’t worry Cake will come out nice Take a container such that, when you pour the batter at least 1 inch gap is left, as the cake will rise while baking Now grease the container with some vegetable oil or butter and dust it with Maida You can even line it with some parchment paper Tap the container 2 to 3 times to release all the air bubbles trapped in the batter Carefully place the batter inside the preheated cooker. This salt can be reused for baking in future Place the container in center as far as possible Now close the lid and let it bake on medium-low flame for 35 to 40 minutes It’s been 40 mins (I had checked 5min before, the cake was not done), lets check now… Check using a knife or toothpick, if it comes out clean the cake is done List of Ingredients with measurements can be found in description box I have used Amul fresh cream I have used 3 tbsp of sugar powder Let’s melt all this in a double boiler Fill a container with about 1/2 inch of water and let it simmer Then keep the flame to the lowest and melt the chocolate on top of that See to it that the chocolate container doesn’t touch the water Now, the chocolate is completely melted and our Chocolate Ganache is ready This is called double boiler method, here we are melting in steam Chocolate might get burned if kept on direct flame Let the cake cool in the container itself for about 20 min and then demould it For rotating the cake easily, place it on an upside down container Once the Cake cooled completely, I have cut it into 2 layers Set the Ganache in the fridge for some time till gets a spreadable consistency Now cover the layers and the whole cake with this Amazing Chocolate Ganache Our chocolate cake is Ready Try this at home and share your experience in the comment section For more such amazing dishes… DON’T FORGET TO SUBSCRIBE 🙂
